This receptacle gives you the ability to store the OneUp Components EDC V2 tool inside your head tube without threading it. It replaces your wing nut and allows you to preload your headset with a bolt, while creating space for the tool.
Compatible forks
Most forks are compatible. The head tube length of your fork must meet the minimum length requirement.
- Fox (except Fox 38 with oval steerer tube): 190 mm
- RockShox forks: 220 mm
- All other forks: 190mm
- Incompatible forks: Fox 38 with oval steerer (use EDC threaded installation), Rock Shox 35, Giant Overdrive 2. Cannondale Lefty, forks with carbon column
