Free shipping across Canada for all orders of $99 and more*

For any purchase under $99, a $10 fee applies. Your order will be delivered by Fedex or Purolator or another carrier depending on conditions.

BICYCLE ORDER - Free Shipping

Shipping fees for all bikes are free! Exception for BMC and Scor bikes: only in-store pickup is available.

*Some remote areas may be ineligible for bicycle delivery. If this is the case, we will cancel and refund your order.

STATIONARY BIKE ORDER - Conditions

For stationary bike shipments, a $100 shipping fee will apply. These services offer "door-to-door" delivery and do not include handling or installation of the ordered product:
  • In the case of delivery to an apartment building, the delivery zone is on the ground floor of the building if a reception area exists. If there is no reception area, delivery is outside the apartment (or building). Neither Bicycles Quilicot nor the carrier will be responsible for bringing the package into the buyer's apartment.
  • In the case of delivery to a house, the delivery zone is outside the house. Neither Bicycles Quilicot nor the carrier will be responsible for bringing the package into the buyer's house.

Order processing and delivery times

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that our bike preparation times are currently 10 to 14 days.

Pick up your order directly in store!

It is always possible to pick up your order in store. You simply need to indicate your chosen store during the payment process, and Bicycles Quilicot will transfer your products to the correct store so you can pick up your merchandise.

Please note that a delay of 2 to 5 business days is required for us to transfer all merchandise to your chosen store. You will be notified by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Please note that for security reasons, we will ask for a copy of your invoice, your credit card, and a piece of identification when you come to pick up your order. We will also ask you to sign a document attesting that you have picked up your order in store.
