Free delivery anywhere in Canada for all orders of $99 or more*

For any purchase under $99, a $10 fee applies. Your order will be delivered by FedEx or Purolator, or another carrier, depending on the conditions.

BIKE ORDER - Free delivery

Shipping is free for all bikes! Except for BMC and Scor bikes: only in-store pickup is available.

*Some remote areas may not be eligible for bicycle delivery. In this case, we will cancel and refund your order.

• In the case of delivery to a building, the delivery area is located on the ground floor of the building if a reception area exists. If there is no reception area, delivery is located outside the apartment (or building). Neither Bicycles Quilicot nor the carrier will be responsible for delivering the package to the buyer's apartment.
• In the case of a home delivery, the delivery area is outside the home. Neither Bicycles Quilicot nor the carrier will be responsible for delivering the package to the buyer's home.

Order processing and delivery times

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days . Please note that our bike preparation times are currently 10 to 14 days.

Pick up your order directly in store!

It's still possible to pick up your order in-store. Simply indicate your preferred store during checkout, and Bicycles Quilicot will transfer your products to the correct store so you can collect your merchandise.

Please note that it takes 2 to 5 business days for us to transfer all merchandise to the store of your choice. You will be notified by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Please note that for security reasons, we will ask for a copy of your receipt, credit card, and ID when you pick up your order. We will also ask you to sign a document confirming that you picked up your order in store.
