You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds on bicycles, tires, tubes, eyewear, underwear, and special orders.

IN-STORE RETURNS:

Bring your order to one of our stores. In-store returns are free of charge.

RETURNS BY MAIL:

A fee of $15 + taxes will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Exchanges are not available. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with their return label. Please note that the refund will only be processed once the items have been received and inspected.

In the event of an error by Bicycles Quilicot regarding the contents of your order, a return label will be sent to you by email so that the return can be processed at our expense.

Return your order in 4 easy steps:

1. Have your return authorized: Simply fill out the form below. Your return label will be sent to you by email within 48 hours.
2. Repack your parcel: Place the products you wish to return in their original packaging and seal the parcel.
3. Print and attach the return label: Print the return label that was sent to you by email and attach it to the sealed parcel.
4. Ship the parcel containing the items to be returned: Bring your parcel to the delivery company indicated on the return label. We will contact you directly to coordinate the process.
