Promotional codes apply to in-stock products at regular price (some brands are excluded from any promotion). Products that are not in stock, but are available by special order from the supplier, cannot benefit from or be combined with any promotion. Second Cycle bicycles are also excluded from any promotion.

All services (workshop, positioning) are excluded from promotions, except in cases where the promotion specifically targets these services.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We undertake to adjust the price of an item you have purchased from Bicycles Quilicot which has been reduced in price, within 7 days of its purchase .*
To do so, contact our customer service at info@bicyclesquilicot.com and indicate your invoice number and the product for which you are requesting a price adjustment.
The price adjustment will be granted under certain conditions :
- The product must still be in stock, in the model, year, color, size and condition as the product you purchased at the time you make your request.
- Price adjustment does not apply to items on display.
*The amount will be remitted according to the payment method used during the transaction.
