PROMOTIONS
Promotional codes apply to in-stock items at regular prices (certain brands are excluded from all promotions). Products that are not in stock but are available for special order from the supplier cannot benefit from or be combined with any promotion. Second Cycle bicycles are also excluded from all promotions.

All services (workshop, positioning) are excluded from promotions, except in cases where the promotion specifically targets these services.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We commit to adjusting the price of an item you purchased at Bicycles Quilicot if its price is reduced, within 7 days of purchase.*
To do so, contact our customer service at info@bicyclesquilicot.com and provide your invoice number and the product for which you are requesting a price adjustment.
The price adjustment will be granted under certain conditions :
- The product must still be in stock, in the same model, year, color, size, and condition as the product you purchased at the time of your request.
- Price adjustments do not apply to display items.
*The amount will be refunded according to the payment method used during the transaction.
