Instructions:
1) Install the handlebars. The upper handlebar clamp bolts will tighten on the stem body without a gap. The lower handlebar clamp bolts will have a gap. Tighten bolts to 6 Nm.
2) Install the silver stem cap on the pivot
3) Install the stem on the pivot, align and tighten the 2 upper pivot bolts (9 Nm).
