The asymmetrical, 30 mm wide rim is perfectly matched to modern trail tires, allowing the wheel to maximize its capabilities. The carbon outer layer benefits from UD² design, giving the rim a distinctive visual identity and enhanced durability.
As for spokes, the Crossmax Carbone XL R 29 is equipped with 24 straight, flat and shrunk spokes, crossed in pairs without contact, guaranteeing an optimum balance between stiffness and flexibility.
Last but not least, this wheel features the new, highly reliable Infinity hub, designed to accommodate 6-hole or Center Lock brake discs, depending on the model. This hub is compatible with Boost 12x148 mm axles only, for maximum rigidity and reliability on the most demanding trails.
