Castelli's Emergency 2 jacket is completely waterproof and compact, and, as you might expect, it has an incredible fit on the bike, as do all of the Italian brand's garments. It has all the trappings of a performance rain jacket: a waterproof zipper, a long back panel, long sleeves, and cuff closures that allow you to go over your gloves. And since it's obvious you're not going to pay too much for this type of item, the only real compromise is its breathability.
