The Castelli Alpha RoS 2 jacket is Castelli's best jacket for mild weather. Water repellent, with windproof front protection, light insulation, maximum breathability. It will keep you dry in fog, light rain or on wet roads. It is a Castelli favorite because of its comfortable fit and versatility, as it can be worn in a wide range of temperatures.
Wind protection is provided by our lightweight, bi-stretchy GORE-TEX INFINIUM ™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric that follows you around, yet is so light you'll barely notice you're wearing it. This lightweight windproof layer is lined with a separate ProSecco Strada inner layer, with a zipper that can be opened independently for perfect ventilation control. The back is made of our Nano Flex Xtra Dry fabric that offers a good level of insulation without a membrane, allowing large amounts of sweat to drain away. The close fit avoids flapping fabrics and small details really make a difference: easy on/off YKK® zippers, reflective drainage holes on the pockets, flat silicone waistband.
