Castelli's Alpha RoS 2 jacket provides warmth, breathability, softness and a high level of rain protection in a comfortable fit.
It's also perfectly resistant to wet conditions thanks to its GORE-TEX INFINIUM ™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric and waterproof seam bands on exposed shoulder areas. Other seams don't come in direct contact with the flow of water, and the water repellent treatment on the fabric is enough to keep almost all moisture out. We call it "just the right amount of waterproofing," as the goal was to strike a balance between waterproofing, breathability and comfort. We don't guarantee that no drops will ever enter the garment, but when we go on long rides in a good rain, we stay completely dry.
