Blivet's new Quilo FLT boots are ideal for cyclists who prefer flat pedals. They feature a host of characteristics that not only provide warmth and comfort, but also excellent power transfer to the pedals.
The exterior is made of robust synthetic leather panels. The internal materials have been specifically chosen to eliminate as much moisture as possible. To ensure maximum comfort, fleece has been added to the upper area, and the LISZT AIR "TOEBOX" is a unique design for the toes to maximize comfort and keep them as warm as possible. What's more, with a total height of 19 cm from the ground, you won't have to worry about snow getting in.
In terms of insulation, these boots have it all: they feature a lining made of 200 g of 3M™ Thinsulate synthetic fiber and an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) thermal wall.
The FLT boots were designed with a single set of Kevlar-reinforced laces, supported by the amazing new ARC technology, a pulley-assisted lacing system. This allows the shoe to be tightened firmly without having to pull as hard. The laces move smoothly from the calf to the toes, thanks to the pulleys.
They are comfortable for walking sections, without compromising stiffness thanks to the Vibram® XS Trek outsole, ensuring excellent power transfer when pedaling. They are compatible with all 2-bolt pedals, and equipped with eyelets for attaching gaiters.
To withstand pedal spikes, the toe cap, the inner area of the shoe, and the heel have been covered with highly resistant rubber.
