BIKE ORDER - Free Delivery

Free Delivery on all bike orders. Kindly note that BMC and Scor bikes qualify exclusively for in-store pickup.



For electric bike and stationary bike shipments, a $100 shipping charge will apply. These services offer "door-to-door" delivery and do not include handling or installation of the product ordered. This service covers both the time required for careful packaging and protection of the bike, as well as the associated shipping fees charged by the carrier. Here's a breakdown:

Delivery to a Building: If the delivery is destined for a building, the package will be brought to the first level of the building if a designated receiving area exists. In cases where no reception area is available, the delivery will be placed outside the apartment or building entrance. It's essential to understand that neither Bicycles Quilicot nor the carrier will assume responsibility for transferring the package to the buyer's specific apartment.

Delivery to a House: For deliveries to houses, the package will be delivered outside the house. It's important to acknowledge that neither Bicycles Quilicot nor the carrier will be accountable for moving the package into the buyer's home.

Please be aware of these conditions and plan accordingly for the receipt of your oversized shipment. We appreciate your understanding of these delivery terms.

We aim to process all orders within 2-5 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on either your location or the specific bike model.

In-store picking is Easy and free!

It is always possible to pick up your order in-store. You simply need to indicate the store of your choice during the payment process and Bicycles Quilicot will take care of transferring your products to the right store so that you can collect your goods.

Please note that it takes 2 to 5 working days for us to be able to transfer all the merchandise to the store of your choice.

You will be notified by email or telephone as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that as a security measure, we will ask you for a copy of your invoice, credit card and ID when you pick up your order. We will also have you sign a document attesting that you have picked up your order in-store.
