Contest Rules
Win an all-inclusive Getaway package for 2 people
Contest runs from June 7, 2026 at 1:00 a.m. to June 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time.
1. Contest Period
The “Win an all-inclusive Getaway package for 2 people” contest (the “Contest”) is held by Bicycles Quilicot, in collaboration with Manoir du Lac William, and takes place in Quebec from June 7, 2026 at 1:00 a.m. to June 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).
2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to all residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, agents and suppliers of Bicycles Quilicot and Manoir du Lac William, as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled, are excluded from the Contest.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, simply complete all required fields of the entry form available on the Contest page, no later than June 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time.
Submitting the duly completed entry form automatically enters the participant in the Contest.
A limit of one (1) entry per person and per valid email address is permitted during the entire Contest Period.
Incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, modified, falsified or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified. The Contest organizers reserve the right to cancel any entry from a person who has attempted to enter more than once or by any means contrary to these rules.
No purchase required.
4. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, namely an all-inclusive Getaway package for two (2) people at Manoir du Lac William.
The package includes:
- One night in a lake suite
- A 5-course dinner
- Breakfast
- A bottle of wine with dinner
- One mimosa per person at breakfast
- Access to on-site facilities and activities
The approximate total value of the prize is $589.00.
Gratuities are not included.
The certificate will be valid until June 20, 2027, from Sunday to Friday. It is not valid on Sundays of holiday weekends, during spring break, between July 1 and September 7, 2026, or during the Christmas holidays.
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules. It may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, refunded or substituted, in whole or in part, except at the discretion of the Contest organizers.
Reservations are subject to availability at Manoir du Lac William. No extension will be granted.
5. Draw
The random draw will take place on June 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
One (1) winner will be selected at random.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Prize Awarding
The selected person will be contacted by email at the address provided in the entry form.
In order to be declared the winner, the selected person must:
- Respond to the message from the Contest organizers within three (3) days following the selection of their entry;
- Confirm that they meet the Contest eligibility requirements;
- Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without mechanical or electronic assistance.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the selected person being disqualified, and the Contest organizers reserve the right to select another person at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. General Conditions
8.1 Verification of Entries
All entries are subject to verification by the Contest organizers. Any illegible, incomplete, fraudulent entry, entry obtained from an unauthorized source or otherwise non-compliant with these rules may be disqualified.
8.2 Prize Acceptance
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules. All costs, expenses or services not specifically mentioned as being included in the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
8.3 Prize Substitution
The Contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to replace the prize or any part thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if the announced prize becomes unavailable, for any reason whatsoever.
8.4 Liability
By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to comply with these rules and releases Bicycles Quilicot, Manoir du Lac William, their affiliated companies, employees, representatives, suppliers and partners from any liability relating to their participation in the Contest, or to the acceptance or use of the prize.
The Contest organizers are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or undeliverable entries due to a technical, computer, electronic issue or any other situation beyond their control.
8.5 Contest Cancellation or Modification
The Contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or postpone the Contest if an event or situation beyond their control compromises the proper conduct, security, fairness or administration of the Contest, subject to applicable laws.
8.6 Winner’s Name and Image
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Contest organizers to use their name, city of residence, image, voice or photograph for advertising or promotional purposes related to the Contest, without any other form of compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8.7 Personal Information
The personal information collected as part of this Contest will be used for Contest administration purposes, including validating entries, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.
Participants who consent may also receive offers, promotions and communications from Bicycles Quilicot and Manoir du Lac William. They may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the communications sent.
8.8 Participant Identity
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry.
9. Dispute — Quebec Residents
This Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any dispute relating to the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute relating to the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
