CARBON FORK - MOUSTACHE FRIDAY 28 & DIMANCHE MODELS (28 & 29)

Following quality control inspections, a potential weakness has been identified in the carbon fork pivot of certain bikes, which could lead to cracks or breakage upon impact. As a precaution, we are taking action to ensure your safety.
If you own one of these bikes, please discontinue use immediately.
What to do next:
1. Have your Moustache bike’s serial number ready, then visit the Moustache website to check if your model is included in the recall.

2. If your bike is affected, please schedule an appointment with one of our workshops by clicking here so we can address the issue. After selecting “Book an Appointment,” choose your preferred store, then select the “Recall” category and choose a time that works best for you.
If your bike is not affected, you can continue using it as usual.
If you no longer own the bike, please consider sharing this information with the current owner.

FSA GOSSAMER PRO AGX+ CK-6037 CRANKSET

Product recall on Full Speed Ahead (FSA) cranksets used on Marin Gestalt XR 2023 and Headlands 2 2022-2023 bikes.
If you have purchased a Marin bike equipped with the FSA Gossamer Pro AGX+ CK-6037 crankset, it is advisable to check it or have it checked and contact us for replacement.
Crankset inspection:
“Inspect Gossamer Pro AGX+ CK-6037 cranksets and bikes pre-assembled by original equipment manufacturers (OEM) with Gossamer Pro AGX+ CK6037 cranksets that may fall within the serial number range listed below. FSA will request that all cranksets with serial numbers beginning with B1 through B3 be returned to FSA for replacement. The serial number range is highlighted below.”
SUPACAZ ORBITRON - CNC ALLOY FLAT PEDALS

This is a safety recall notice regarding Supacaz Orbitron - CNC Alloy flat pedals sold and/or distributed by Specialized. The pedals are colored “Oilslick”.
Risk: The pedal body may detach from the pedal axle and/or the pedal axle may break, posing a fall hazard.
Procedure: Immediately stop using your Supacaz Orbitron pedals and return them to the authorized Specialized dealer from whom you purchased them.
SHIMANO R9100/R9100P, R9000, R8000, 6800 CRANKSETS

Shimano is voluntarily recalling certain forged Hollowtech 11-speed road cranksets produced before July 2019, due to a possible uncoupling issue. Not all Ultegra and Dura-Ace cranksets need to be inspected. Only cranksets produced before July 2019 need to be inspected. Step 1 below outlines how to determine if your crankset requires inspection.

Identify your crankset model number
The model numbers concerned are DURA-ACE and ULTEGRA cranksets with the following numbers: ULTEGRA FC-6800, FC-R8000 and DURA-ACE FC-9000, FC-R9100 and FC-R9100-P. The model number is printed on the inside of the crankset, towards the bottom of the crank (see the yellow square in the image below).
A production code is printed inside the crank, towards the bottom of the crank. The models concerned are those produced before July 2019 which bear the following two-letter production code on the back of the crank to which the pedals are attached: KF, KG, KH, KI, KJ, KK, KL, LA, LB, LC, LD, LE, LF, LG, LH, LI, LJ,LK, LL, MA, MB, MC, MD, ME, MF, MG, MH, MI, MJ, MK, ML, NA, NB, NC, ND, NE, NF,NG, NH, NI, NJ, NK, NL, OA, OB, OC, OD, OE, OF, OG, OH, OI, OJ, OK, OL, PA, PB,PC, PD, PE, PF, PG, PH, PI, PJ, PK, PL, QA, QB, QC, QD, QE, QF, QG, QH, QI, QJ,QK, QL, RA, RB, RC, RD, RE et RF
