A pedal designed part by part
Squidworx makes performance flat pedals for mountain biking around one simple principle: every component can be replaced on its own. The body, cage, inserts and pins come apart and are swapped one by one, and the brand offers an online configurator to build a pedal the way you want it. A cage chewed up on a rock or a torn-out pin no longer means the end of the whole pedal.
What we carry
The Squidworx selection at Bicycles Quilicot focuses on replacement parts, to maintain or customize your pedals:
- Cages and pedal bodies: replace a worn part or change colours without buying a new pair.
- Inserts: sold separately, so you only replace the worn part.
- 4 mm and 5.5 mm pins: to tune how much the pedal grips.
- Set of 56 pins and 28 inserts: a complete refresh in one box.
Choosing pin length
5.5 mm pins bite harder into the sole: a pick for technical, wet or loose terrain. 4 mm pins give a softer grip that makes it easier to reposition your foot.
