"My name is Florence and I am a sales consultant. I have been working at Quilicot for 5 years now. I worked mainly at the Laval store and I am currently at the Sainte-Thérèse store."

Cycling practice

“I compete in road cycling, mountain biking, and gravel biking. I love all three! Riding in multiple disciplines allows me to connect with many people in the sport, push my physical and technical limits, but above all, have fun on my bikes every time I switch disciplines.”

Favorite bike(s)

“I think I would choose my road bike. I ride a Specialized Allez Sprint with Sram Force components and Roval C50 wheels. I love it and I chose it because it's designed for competition, fast, responsive, and sleek. And it looks great! That matters in cycling. I also like its versatility; for an aluminum bike, it's incredibly efficient, both climbing and on the flats. It's a great model if you want a solid foundation that you can upgrade over time or adapt to your riding style.”

"If I had to list my 3 must-haves, I would say in order:

- Maurten gels . So effective! Digestible and easy for the body to absorb, especially when you spend long hours on the bike.
- A killer playlist! It helps to keep the rhythm and motivation going.
"Good company. Cycling is an individual sport... that's practiced as a team :)"
