Quindici contest rules by Quilicot
Les Bicycles Quilicot is organizing a contest from May 3rd to May 20th, with no purchase necessary, titled "Quindici Contest". Participation in this contest implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
The following are not eligible to participate in the contest: employees of Les Bicycles Quilicot, as well as their family members, and more generally, all persons who have directly or indirectly participated in the development of this contest, as well as their family members. In any case, persons specified in Article 12 of the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines must be excluded.
This contest is announced on the Bicycles Quilicot website https://quili.co/concours-quindici as well as in the various Bicycles Quilicot stores (Montreal, Laval, Ste Thérèse, Tremblant and Vélo Branché) from May 3rd to May 20th at 6 PM, the closing date and time of the contest. Entry forms can be submitted either on the Bicycles Quilicot website or in-store.
As part of their participation in this contest, participants must provide the following contact information: last name, first name, email, and preferred discipline (road, mountain, electric, triathlon). These fields are mandatory to validate participation. The contest will close on May 20th at 6 PM (EDT), and no late entries will be processed. 2 The results will be announced on www.bicyclesquilicot.com and a confirmation email will be sent to the winner. The prize must be collected at one of the 5 Bicycles Quilicot stores. The organizers reserve the right to carry out all necessary checks regarding the validity of the information provided during registration. Any false information would result in the exclusion of the participant.
PRIZE: One winning prize: a Quindici Comodo bicycle. New value: $459.99. The prize offered must be accepted as is and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
The winner will be selected by random draw performed by a Bicycles Quilicot administration staff member. The winner's name will be published on the website www.bicyclesquilicot.com . By participating, entrants already authorize the organizing company, should they win, to publish their name without this mention granting any rights other than the prize won. The prize is awarded nominally to the winner and cannot be transferred to a third party or re-entered into the draw.
Participation in this game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. The organizing company reserves the right to shorten, extend, postpone, modify or cancel this game if circumstances so require. In case of force majeure or events beyond its control, its responsibility cannot be engaged as a result. The organizing company declines all responsibility in the event that the website is unavailable during the game or in the event that the data entered by participants is destroyed for a reason not attributable to it. In particular, but not exclusively, the organizing company can in no way be held responsible for any impossibility of receiving participation emails, due to transmission difficulties or for any other technical reason beyond its reasonable control; nor for any typographical error. Bicycles Quilicot is exempt from any liability if, for an imperative reason, the game were to be modified, postponed, canceled or shortened.
Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of intervention in an attempt to settle it.
