His favorite cycling practice
“I've been cycling since I was very young. It was my father who introduced me to the sport, and I quickly took to it. In addition to cycling, I also ran in an athletics club and swam a little. It seemed obvious to me to move into triathlon. I love the feeling of freedom on a bike, seeing landscapes past and, above all, feeling the speed you can achieve with just the strength of your legs. It's a feeling you can't find anywhere else, and it's what makes our sport so beautiful.”
His favorite bike
"My current triathlon bike is a Cervélo P3. It's incredibly light. It's been with me since I started triathlon, short and long distances! When I arrived at Quilicot, I fell in love with the latest BMC Teammachine R , an aero road bike. And what a beautiful bike it is! You don't come across them every day on the road, so it's a real pleasure to see this one in our stores! ”
His must-have equipments
"My cycling must-dos? A good outing to the Grammont wall in Belgium. The coastline is mythical and the surrounding area offers typical Belgian scenery, with a bit of elevation gain to make your legs ache, and great views to make the most of it. To accompany me, I always have a good playlist of upbeat music to listen to with the Shokz! Finally, if I can give one last and surely the most important piece of advice, it's to have fun! ???? There's a lot of focus on performance and statistics these days, but the most important thing is to have fun on your bike! "
