His Cycling Practice
"I ride all year round in Montreal, but my main passion is summer bike touring in Quebec. Traveling by bike allows me to discover beautiful landscapes while enjoying freedom and adventure."
His Favorite Bike
"Among my bikes, my favorite is the Surly Disc Trucker, the ultimate adventure bike. I equipped it with solid and renowned components like Chris King hubs and a Shimano 'old school' 9-speed group, ensuring reliability and simplicity on my adventures. Robustness and ease of repair are crucial for me. For my luggage, I use two Ortlieb front panniers and a BOB rear trailer because I never travel light!"

"For my rides, I never leave without:
- Chamois cream
- Cliff Blocks
- Pickle Juice
These items are essential for spending long days on the bike in the best conditions. Over the years, I've discovered fabulous places in Quebec that I highly recommend:
