The new SRAM X01 EAGLE AXS RED rear derailleur is a new derailleur specifically designed and optimized to be operated by an electronic rather than a cable.
The AXS motorized components allow you to customize and adapt your derailleur to your liking through the AXS app. It features a 10mm shorter cage for more ground clearance.
In case of shock, this derailleur is smart enough to protect itself. Indeed, it will not hesitate to disengage in case of impact, making it free to move to avoid breakage, it will then return to its initial position, giving you a seamless experience. It's also tested to current water and dust tightness standards, for stream crossings, splashes and high-pressure washdowns.
