Virtual Training

From November 2019 to March 2020, we will hold virtual training sessions with TACX NEO 2T trainers. You will be able to track your own performance with real-time training data displayed on a large screen. Each trainer has its own mat and adjustable fan for your comfort. Just bring your bike, your towel, your water bottle and your smile! 

Every participant can get tested to determine their anaerobic threshold. Once we have the results, we perform an individualized power calibration so you can get off to a good start.

VIRTUAL TRAINING

TACX NEO trainers realistically simulate a road ride, minus bad weather and bad roads to slow you down. You can measure your output (Watts) and track your performance throughout the season. A virtual training session can be up to 25% more effective for the same time period as a road workout.

TYPES OF SESSIONS

FITNESS EVALUATION

To start your indoor training on the right track, we assess your fitness level with an anaerobic test, to calibrate the resistance of your equipment and set a training curve for your individual rhythm, fitness level and motivation. This test is done regardless of the fitness level of the other participants.

COACHING

Our instructors coach you and lead the sessions throughout the training season, to motivate you while providing valuable tips and advice. Workouts are highly structured and involve intervals with set targets, calibrated for each individual's fitness level.

FREE TRAINING –NO COACHING

Intervals: Free interval training sessions are for those who want a specific workout, like those in the coached sessions.

Race mode: This simulates an existing course. For example, you can test yourself on the Nordet path, minus the gusty winds.
