Clothing - Less than 60 days
We are aware that online clothing purchases partly involve an estimate of size and appearance. That’s why we offer our customers a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with the size, appearance or comfort of a clothing item, you may return it and get a refund (exceptions apply; see NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS):
In store by bringing your proof of purchase. By mail (at your expense); contact us first at email@example.com to get a return authorization. Any returned item must be in its original condition, without any stain, rip or visible sign that it was worn and with its original label.
The item must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Other item - Less than 60 days
If you’re not satisfied with an item purchased online at regular price, you may exchange it or obtain a refund in store or by mail (at your expense) within 60 days of purchase, by returning it intact, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Other item - More than 60 jours
Beyond the 60-day period, only the manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects applies. This warranty does not cover excessive use, accidental breakage or normal wear.
Discount or liquidation purchase - 7 days after purchase
In the case of a discounted or liquidated item, you have 10 days after purchase to return it or to receive a credit note in store or by mail (at your expense), by returning it intact, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return by mail
To return an item, contact us at 514-317-2297 (toll free at 1-888-927-0281) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. No exchange is possible by mail. Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by their return label.
If a refund is applicable in your situation, note that it will be paid only after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
We provide no refund on bicycles, tires, tubes, glasses, shorts, bibs, underwear and special orders.
In the case of an error by Bicycles Quilicot on the contents of the order, a postage-paid Canada post label will be sent to you by email to return the item at our expense.
Exceptions - promotions
Discounted products that are not in inventory but available by special order from the supplier may not benefit from any promotion.

Only one use per customer. The offer applies only to regular priced items in inventory. The offer is valid only online. Excluded from the offer are:
- Items already discounted
- Gift cards
Promotions on bicycles
Promotions may not apply to bicycles from the current year.
Current promotions may never be combined with any other promotion.
