Return Policy

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

Clothing – Less than 60 days

We are aware that buying clothes online involves a certain amount of risk. This is why we have implemented a policy of guaranteed satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a garment's size, appearance or comfort, you may return it for a refund (exceptions apply, see NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS):

  • In store with your proof of purchase.
  • By mail, at your expense ($10 + taxes will be deducted from your refund). To do so, simply fill out the return form.

Other items – Less than 60 days

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased online at regular price, you can exchange it or get a refund in store with proof of purchase, or by mail, by returning it intact, in its original packaging.

Any item – More than 60 days

Beyond the 60-day period, only the manufacturer's warranty applies. This warranty does not cover excessive use, breakage or normal wear and tear.



DISCOUNTED ITEM

Within 10 days of purchase

In the case of discounted items, you have 10 days following the purchase to return it to the store or by mail. The items must be intact, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

All returned items must be in their original condition (i.e. without stain, tear or visible sign that it was worn) and with its original label. Fill out the form to obtain a return authorization.

EXCEPTIONS – NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not issue refunds on bikes, tires, tubes, glasses, shorts, bibs, underwear and special orders. 


How To Return an Item

In store

You can exchange an item or get a refund in any of our stores. See our directory to find the nearest store.

By mail

Simply fill out the return form. Once it has been validated, our team will contact you to provide you with a return label to be stamped on your package. A fee of $10 + taxes will be deducted from your refund. No exchange is possible by mail. Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by their return label. Please note that refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the items.



Order Error

In the even of an error from our part, a postage-paid label will be sent to you by e-mail in order to proceed with the return.
