Clothing & Other Items | Less than 60 days

We understand that online shopping for clothes and other items can be uncertain. That's why our satisfaction guarantee ensures a worry-free experience. If a piece of clothing doesn't fit, look right, or feel comfortable, or if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you're eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • In-store: Visit the nearest store with your proof of purchase.
  • By mail: If you choose to mail it back (you cover the cost, and a deduction of $15 + taxes will be applied to your refund). Submit a return request below..

Any item(s) | More than 60 days

After the 60-day mark, the manufacturer's warranty becomes effective. However, please note that this warranty doesn't cover excessive use, breakage, or normal wear and tear.

Used products (Second Cycle) | Less than 30 days

If you've had a change of heart about your newly acquired bike, you have a 30-day window to decide. Choose between receiving a refund or credit.

DISCOUNTED ITEM(S) | Within 10 days of purchase


If you've purchased items on discount, you have a 10-day period starting from the purchase date to return them either in-store or by mail. It's important that these items are still in their original packaging, undamaged, and you have proof of purchase.

All returned items must be in their original condition, without any stains, tears, or clear signs of wear, and with the original labels attached. To start the return process, please submit a return request below.


We do not extend refunds to certain items, including bikes, tires, tubes, glasses, shorts, bibs, underwear, and special orders. Items marked "Final Sale" on their product page description are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

In store

Visit any of our stores to proceed with an exchange or refund. Locate your nearest store using our directory.

By mail

Submit a return request below and once approved, we'll send you an email with a return label attached. Please note that a service fee of $15 + taxes will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Order Error


In the event of an error on our part, rest assured that we'll take responsibility. Keep an eye on your email for a postage-paid label, which will allow you to initiate the return process.
